Indivisible Project

As UX lead, I worked with internal and external partners to reimagine the organization’s navigation, homepage and group leader resources page to improve the user experience. We engaged internal and external users to validate our hypotheses and uncover pain points, iterated wireframes based on our findings,  and conducted user acceptance testing before finalizing designs. Return on investment post launch included a near 50%  year over year increase in new users and pageviews.
